With the internet working as fast as it does word of this got to Brock Lesnar and he also said he would fight Jones according to The Associated Press. “Anytime, anywhere” –Brock Lesnar Jones probably would not have any trouble being a heavyweight and Lesnar having wrestled in college and fighting in mixed martial arts winning the UFC Heavyweight title is certainly up for the challenge. When Jones addressed fighting Lesnar, he doubted he would even accept the challenge even though the profit for such a match would bode well for both men. Image:Netflix Ozark on Netflix is an 'R' rated crime drama and a dark comedy all rolled into one. Jason Bateman stars in this series about a financial planner that launders money for a Mexican drug cartel and when his partner tries to steal from them things go bad. It's not just the business that goes south, Bateman's character Marty has his marriage going bad even before the business with the cartel does. The solution to his problems lies in the title of the show, the Ozarks. The mountainous area of Missouri seems to be the perfect place to launder the drug cartel's money. But not every place is as it seems and crime seems to be everywhere, not matter how backwoods it seems. The show has some comedic elements but if this is meant to be a comedy, it's a dark one. Pacific Rim    may have been a moderate success but that does not mean it did not have it's fan-base. One of the many trailers featured at the San Diego Comic-Con was a teaser for the sequel. If there were not enough big robots in the first one for you, there looks to me plenty in the sequel.

Romero Venice 2011 On this site, where horror is one of our favorite genre's of film to watch the news hit us pretty hard. Having had the pleasure of meeting some of the player's in George Romero's best-known films, it is hard to believe the man that created the zombie genre that is ever so popular now is gone. They have told each other what to do, and where to go and how to get there. "F-you!" is a popular one between the two, more so from McGregor but that doesn't mean it isn't fun to watch. However, at the end of the day, this is a boxing match, and the boxer will likely win. It is not a fight in the sense of the word as we know it today and the difference between a fight and a boxing match are two different things. That was an odd press conference, wouldn't you say? Yesterday, combat sports fans had their taste of the first press event this week that is supposed to get fans pumped for the August 26 bout in the T-Mobile Arena next month. Boxing and MMA press conferences usually flow pretty well but this one was a little different. It had Aloe Blacc perform a number, a Hall of Fame ring announcer to introduce the promoter of each fighter, who then introduced the fighters that seemed unprepared for their speeches. HBO's The Defiant Ones is a long form multi-part documentary that takes music fans on almost the same journey that the film Straight Outta Compton (2016) took movie goers on, but on a broader spectrum of music history.
