Who should Holly Holm fight next?

After winning the title from the seemingly unbeatable Ronda Rousey, a rematch between her and Holly Holm was a popular subject at the post fight presser. However, Miesha Tate was initially set to face Rousey again before Holm was picked over a third bout with Tate. A smart move since both Rousey and Holm were undefeated before UFC 193. When the subject of a rematch was brought up after Rousey's loss, it was said it makes sense to have Holm and Rousey fight again. Both Dana White and Holm seemed to agree, and Rousey most likely wants it too. What should be next for Holm after #UFC193 ? We know what they said makes sense, but what do you want? — Carbazel MMA (@Carbazel) November 15, 2015 The results are varied and by no means a large enough population to know what all MMA fans want, but Tate is still ranked number one in the UFC and she seems to have been shelved. So do you want to see what makes sense? Or, do you want Tate to get one more shot at whoever hold...

Opinion: No excuses UFC 193

The big news in MMA this week, is the loss Ronda Rousey had at UFC 193 in Australia. She came ready and willing, if you saw her open work outs she seemed as ready as ever.  So was Holly Holm, even though most people figured Rousey would walk through her. So what happened? Was it a case of Rousey falling in love with her own hype? Not likely, she has been competing since a very young age and her controlled aggression could seem that way. So why didn't the arm collector try and take Holm's arm? There's a lot of arm chair commentators that feel the coaching might have something to do with it. Nick Diaz, who knows more than the average fight fan seemed to hint at that being an issue as well. Sick of people making such a big deal it was a simple mistake you can't be running in on tall people someone in her camp left that out ! — nick diaz (@nickdiaz209) November 15, 2015 After the first round was over, Rousey's corner, (that she trusts) told her she was doi...

De La Hoya interested in Rousey boxing if she is

The world of MMA and boxing are often regulated, run, and promoted in similar fashions. Page 2 Sports boxing analyst Daniel Zaldivar got to talk to "The Golden Boy" himself and asked his opinion on Ronda Rousey's recent appearance on The Ring magazine and the potential of her entering the boxing world. Nick Diaz unfairly punished by NSAC

Nick Diaz has been punished severely by the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) and it seems pretty obvious they went to the most severe punishment because they simply do not like him. The attitude or perceived attitude by fans of the sport seems to have carried over into the hearing he had, and when invoking the Fifth Amendment it made them angrier. Facts were ignored and MMA fighters and fans are angry at the suspension handed down to one of the fiercest competitors in the sport. What message is the NSAC sending? First, they show obvious favoritism to fighters that bend with the wind they blow at them. Jon Jones tested positive for cocaine yet that is not listed as a banned substance, Diaz’s last opponent Anderson Silva tested positive for steroids and was only given a year suspension with time already allotted from when the test results were produced. Diaz was given the maximum punishment and a hefty fine for something that is legal for him to use in his home state of...

It's official. Anything Rousey does is news.

Photo: WWE.com Movies, lobbying to legalize MMA in New York , and appearances at pro wrestling events. She seems to make heads turn no matter what she is doing. In all honesty her judo toss of Triple H was pretty awesome. The Rock was there as back up (not really) but he did kind of bring her in as his back up. Triple H is a big dude... That is one dangerous woman. Either way she is an avid pro-wrestling fan and most likely will make more appearances in the WWE. Her internet buzz was worthy enough to make the above GIF break the internet today. See a full list of coverage on the link from WWE. Ronda Rousey's takedown of The Authority makes headlines | WWE.com
